We had a rate change effective August 1, 2022!
This new rate for residential customers was $1 PER MONTH; not per billing cycle.
[For example, if you pay quarterly then your invoice increased by $3]

We still have some who are paying the old rate and some who were confused about the rate increase and only added $1 to the billing cycle; both of which have caused a lingering balance on some accounts.
